Mint Leaves, also known as Mentha, is derived from a genus of plant in the family Lamiaceae. It is believed that thirteen to Eighteen species exist and cultivated around the world. The Mint Leaves has widely cultivated across Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and North America. The  Major producers of Curry Leaves are India, China, USA, Brazil, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Mints Leaves are highly aromatic and perennial herbs. The Leaves are oblong to lanceolate in shape and Dark green to purple, blue and sometimes pale yellow in color.
