The Pineapples, botanical name Ananas Comosus, is a tropical plant with an edible multiple fruits consists of coalesced berries, also known as pineapples.The Majority of world production comes from Costa Rica, Brazil, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, and India.


Pineapples are a delicious tropical fruit that has been celebrated for centuries not only for their distinct and unique flavor, with lots of health benefits. A pineapple is a fruit composite of many flowers whose individual fruitlets combine together around a central core. Each fruitlets was known as ‘eye’, the rough spiny marking on the pineapple’s surface. Pineapples have a wide cylindrical shape, a scaly green, brown or yellow skin and a regal crown of spiny, blue green leaves. The Fibrous flesh of pineapple is yellow in color and has a vibrant tropical flavor that taste as sweet and sour.

Crushed pineapples are used in yogurt, jam, sweets, and ice cream. The juice of the pineapples is served as a beverage and it is the main ingredients in cocktails and in the drinks.
